Bio
Brady Callicott is a dedicated performer and educator from Katy, TX. Brady has served as the Principal Tuba of the Arkansas Philharmonic Orchestra as well as Substitute Principal Tuba of the Symphony of Northwest Arkansas and the Lawton Philharmonic.
During his time at Oklahoma State University, Brady was a Graduate Teaching Assistant for both the Tuba/Euphonium studios and the Cowboy Marching Band. For the Tuba/Euphonium Studio, he has taught lessons, routine classes, the Tuba/Euphonium ensemble, and ran the studio socials. For the Cowboy Marching Band, he assisted and taught portions of rehearsals, ran sectionals, handled the music library, maintained equipment, and led pep bands. All of this highlighting his versatility as an educator.
In August 2025, Brady will continue his education by pursuing a Doctor of Musical Arts degree at the University of North Texas under the guidance of Professor Donald Little. His Primary teachers have included Dr. Ryan Robinson, Dr. Nick Beltchev, and Dr. Benjamin Pierce.
